How to Live Life Through Love, Acceptance and Self-Esteem

I’m thrilled that you’ve taken a step towards self-love. Congratulations! You can now say goodbye to any lingering self-doubt about doing the course. You made the right choice and a good investment. Please save these 4 dates and times. Over 4 weeks, we’ll activate self-love in YOU in four 1-hour sessions.

Let’s get down to the practical part of attendance:

  • We’ll be meeting up at the said times on a conference line.
  • It’s audio only but there are slides for you to look at as you listen that will help you follow and take notes.
  • You can either join by phone or you can join via your computer.

I’ll be sending out the details of how to join in an email before every session. In this email, you’ll also be invited to download and print out documents that will constitute your logbook. You’ll be filling them out in part during the session.The other part will be made up of exercises that you can do between sessions.

 

During the session you’ll have the opportunity to speak or to participate via a Q and A box where you can type in questions or comments. This is however not at all compulsory.

To ensure that everybody feels free to join in with comments and questions, can I just ask you to keep anything you hear to yourself? Think of it this way, how would you like if anybody outside the group repeated what you said.

If you can’t come to the session live, you’ll have access to it immediately after. You can keep listening to it for as long as you like. We often learn better when we hear things several times.
